Was Scouting Run is not Magic or Melee, Laser Block create not new card, not sure if a bug or not, but reporting anyway. IMO it should be like Elvish Insight, ie. Magic Arcane.
Scouting Run is an attack card with no damage type. It should be magic, either Arcane or Psychic, and (IMO) Laser Block should create a card.

Insight is "magic arcane" now, but the laser block didnt trigger in this case.
This battle log does not give enough information to confirm or deny the bug. I mean it doesn't tell us rather the user was facing the attacker or not.
