Unfortunately, the Halted condition actually prevents all movement, in addition to preventing the target from playing move cards, so the move part of the card wouldn't do anything. If you need evidence, hover over the Halt keyword on a card in-game, or try it out with sparkling cloth armor. Personally, I think Stumble bad enough without the halt condition. Edit: Oh, I see it now. That's an in-hand effect. You may want to clarify that in your original post, @Krunail Now that I see what it'supposed to do, it's a pretty cool card. Nice job.
@Gingrich Yurr , yes thank you that would make more sense to word it like that. Wooden SkinBoost Armor 1. While this card is attached, at the start of the round, add a random bludgeon card. Duration 3. Steel Skin Boost Armor 2. While this card is attached, at the start of the round add a random shield to your hand. Duration 3. @Potato Priest, tell me if it looks like it makes more sense from your suggestion Mostly Ghostly Boost Attach this card. When Target plays an attack card, reduce the damage of that attack to zero. Add 2 to Move cards (Free move). Duration 2.
I was thinking that you'd also still get invisibility for duration 2, like the duration 1 effect on your original. I accidentally mis-spoke when I said "I don't like Traits with multiple effects." What I meant to say was multiple durations. Sorry about that. Without invisibility the card is almost totally worthless. Invisibility can be added by including the phrase. "You cannot be targeted."
Sorry if any one already think of this (also posted at AA15) I would like to see something like this card. Name: Laser pointer, Laser sight or Holo-viewer (something like that) Expansion: Expedition to the Sky Citadel (something sci-fi like) Colour Class: Assist (don't know if that's right should it be a booster) Attack Type: Magic (also not sure about that) Damage Type: Holy Play effect 1: Attach this card to yourself. When you attack, add 1 (could be more or you roll a dice to find out) range to that attack (yes, that includes melee attacks) also add (unblockable or piercing or both) then reduce this card's duration by 1. Duration: 4 (or 3) What do you others thing about this card i.e. is it overpowered and what are it's chances of being made. If you don't know by now this is an offensive type of Force Field (by it can not better Fours Filed on its own) In short it increases the rang of attack cards and makes them harder to stop from hitting you. And note if this card was made and hade piercing a card with out that could now do piercing attacks and get a buff from cards that up piercing cards i.e. Bludgeon cards get a buff from more the on sores.
Curse of Cards Utility | Emerald Range 4 Target draws 10 cards, then discards those 10 cards. I guess your parry wont be as useful now?
Robo, I would use Force Field as a guide. It's duration 3. It does one thing, not two or three. If the main thing you want to do is add range I would limit this card to that idea. I would also describe what slot you expect it to go in, divine armor only? Let the attack card do the damage, don't morph the damage to holy imho. I might also limit it to ranged and magic attacks (with a single target?) To extend the range of a melee attack I might try something like "melee attacks you play gain "step 1" That seems to make more sense than pulverizing bludgeon from afar.
@Potato Priest, kinda like this?: Mostly Ghostly Boost Attach this card. When Target plays an attack card, reduce the damage of that attack to zero. Add 2 to Move cards (Free move). Duration 2. You cannot be targeted for an attack. Duration 2.
Boost, Trait. Prevent all damage from attack cards you play. Add 2 to Move cards you play, they gain Free Move. You may not be targeted. Duration 2.
Here's a couple I just thought up in honor of @Potato Priest just for fun! Hot Potato! Assist Draw three cards. Pick one card to keep and discard the rest to random Ally. Twice Baked Potato Assist Target an ally. Select a card and give that card to target. Heal 2 target ally.
How about..... Hot Potato Trait. Take 1 Fire Projectile damage. This card is placed on the top of the closest enemy's deck.
Here is a Mock-up of what @wereviper 's Twice Baked Potato would look like. After spending nearly an hour making this, I think I'll pass on the others.
Hot Potato Attack/Handicap Projectile Fire Range 5, Roll 2+: put this card into target's hand. When this card is discarded (including if roll failed or the attack is blocked) take 6 fire damage. The problem is that the AI will discard it without a second thought. Edit: now that I think of it, it could make a nice base for a league game
Tower Magic Arcane Utility, Silver+ Quality Play Effect: 'Target square becomes Tower terrain (characters on Tower terrain add 2 range to all Magic and Projectile attacks). Duration 2.' Pit Magic Arcane Utility, Silver Quality Play Effect: 'Target square becomes Pit terrain (characters on Pit terrain subtract 2 range to all Magic and Projectile attacks). Duration 2.'
