The card you were looking for is Team Shift. Yeah, it is a Gold. I didn't think my submission would win since it used a ton of Monster cards (even if they are almost all synonymous with existing player cards). Didn't really like the theme so I just went with a cool entry. Also, it is pronounced "Steeks" :-P

I like my Polish version of your pronounciation, makes it a tad bit more special.

 

I named it Maztec because I needed a location/nationality, and the Maztecs have already been mention in Cardhunter multiple times, due to the AotA expansion being based off of exploring the unruined ruins of the Maztec civilization. Thanks for the review~

 

Yeah, Team Shift is rarely used. That's why I figured it would be fun to have another version of it but at a lower cost.

Well, I am Ukrainian (more on the Polish side than Russian). It is still "Stexe" there (the first "e" is a long one and the last "e" is silent), similar to "Steve."

I wonder if someone could scrape the files and look for all the unused art. I'm sure there is some that isn't included in the files, but it would be nice to know what's out there.

Yeah, I always thought the Manticore Pate can looked like a drum if you removed the labeling on the side.

 

I don't think Stexe was asking for items that look like instruments.

That would be insanely strong and probably a must have in the meta.

 

War Cry is on helmets and dwarf skill so i'm not sure if it could go on a human skill. For the third card i'd include a handicap for the 'startling' bit. Ouch would totally fit.

 

If that reduced the token cost it would be even more overpowered.
