I think you should use some of hypnotic beacon's text(also took some other cards' text) Whenever an ally within 2 squares moves, add 1 to it's Move Points. Whenever an enemy within 2 square moves, subtract 1 from it's Move Points. This card is obviously a hard counter against elven warriors.
Dissipating Shield Block any - Roll 2+ 1/3 of the damage (round up) is applied to the blocker Entropic Armor Armor 5 - Roll 4+ Keep Add 1 d6 of damage to the attack
Timewarp Block Block. Paper quality? Roll 4+. Block any. Return the blocked card in the attacker's hand.
I dont think it shouldn reduce movement to 0, it should say minimun 1 or something. 2 could pin dwarf on the spot and get unnable to move.
I have two block card ideas: Side Block Block any. Roll 3+. Turn "away"clockwise from your enemy, if the attack came from the front. Careless Block Block any. Roll 5+. (The image should depict an attacking hitting a shield on the back of a human) The text could be anything in the sense of "As careless as lucky". Paper quality for both I guess?

I tought Arcane Item slot. It would work also in some staves (there are blocks in staves already). Maybe a weird arcane skill? I don't really think so
New terrain: Pentagram -> Magic attacks or assists cast inside a pentagram can affect only characters in pentagrams. Magic attacks or assists cast from outside pentagrams cannot affect characters in pentagrams. I like this idea again, but I dont think it would really work - the game does not understand "Spell" and frankly I dont really either. Also I had a question of if other characters outside pentagram terrain could target characters in it, if yes then it could cause some bad VP camping.
