Hi there. On game 3 of 4 (I had lost the first two,) I played against someone who disconnected and ran out of time. I waited about 8 minutes after the timer reached zero, and then tried to resign and/or quit out. The latter worked. The former did not. It was recorded as a loss despite me having 13 minutes of time left. I'd be happy to supply a log if you let me know how. I didn't save it in any particular way as I had no idea what was going on. (I'mma big ole' noob.) Thanks!
Might have also been a bug on your end. Was your move and you ran out of time but you saw opp's clock ticking, I've heard of such bug before. Next time when opp hasn't moved for 3+ minutes, try to relog just in case. It won't cost you the game.
Also try saying something in chat to see if you're still connected. (I really wish there was a better way to test your connection.)
