Slice and Die may be totally incorrect, grammatically, but seeing as Slice and Dice (used as a noun to describe one thing) is already an oddity, you may as well have a cool plural. I can't think of any compound (?) words (?) with and in the middle of them.

Slice and Dice is a three word name, but only one name, and uses standard name rules for plurals. Append an s, in this case. In titles where the final word is singular, the noun representing the person(s) involved is pluralized. As in mothers-in-law, or officers of the court.
I remain confident as a Slices and Dices man. I had a little moment with "Slicery and Dicery" but after some soul searching, that is simply too silly.

But ultimately, as Sir Veza has identified, we're speaking of a title/name therefore it's probably best to think of it like the title of a book or movie. So: "I have 3 To Kill a Mocking Birds," would be correct, but inherently awkward, so your best bet would be to speak of CH items more like you would with books or movies... "I have 3 copies of To Kill a Mocking Bird." So while properly speaking one can say I have 3 Slice and Dices, it would be more in line with common usage to simply say "I have 3 copies of Slice and Dice."
I have no piece of Slice and dice, so I dont need any plural. I should wait until I get some pieces of Slice and dice.
