Hard to block 3 would make this card a lot more useful imo. At the moment, it is still too unreliable to even think about using.

Not 50% of the time? Always? This isn't a bug we've heard about. I'll look into reproducing it, thanks!

And you will reproduce it once you play competitively.
I would love some more parry breaking mechanics but no tweaks on expense of the whole block system, if that makes any sense. I actually like what flaring laser does in that context.
First thought is of course parry 3+, but thats a huge step. Why do our dice only have 6 sides, thats pityful.

Maybe because Karen is wearing the d12s? :p

hit from the back anyway, if possible. hard to block should only be used as extra insurance against defender's block or fumble. That's how I play my riptide warrior.

100% of the time, yes. Thats a positive outlook on it... but so does startling strike, and that one is even cheaper and free of high chance of disappointment.

In actual fact, the Flaxative's quote Scarponi brought up was Flax's comment on startling strike, not unnerving strike.

Oops, haha that's what Flaxative was talking about in that quote, and I just flipped them in my mind when I read this thread.

    Edit: What billiska said.
