    Unrelated to elemental themes, I thought of this card idea a while back and only remembered about it today. See what you think.

    Sorry for the overly-complex second half of the description - what I'm trying to say is, 'if any damage is left over after being divided (or if the damage cannot be divided into groups at all), it is distributed to characters on that team in the order they appear on the bottom of the screen.' So, for example, if I had three characters on my team, and someone hit my 'Share the Pain' character with an 11-damage attack, four damage would be dealt to the first two characters displayed and three to the last one. If anyone can think of a better way of summing this up, please tell me! :p

    Overly complicated for little gain. You could have worded it "Attach to target ally. Any damage that character takes is equally divided between all allied characters, excess damage is not shared."

    Iiiinteresting. Do you expect it would work like most attachments, triggering after armors and prior attachments? Or would it work in the "block" step, triggering if all the blocks in the hand failed, and then dividing damage before armor was applied? I agree with Stexe that having the remainder target the original victim sounds like a simpler plan, and, in my mind, a more interesting one - greater potential variation in the amount of damage done makes for more interesting choices, in my mind.

    If it is applied before armor, that could make for a very interesting team composition, built around distributing damage among many characters with Reliable Mail, Mimetic Crown/Mimetic Armor, Barbed Plate, or other such armors. It could also lead to interesting counter-play, where you attempt to target one of the other characters, wear them down to low health, and then finish them off at range by striking the Share the Pain'd character. That said, a lot of good play is distributing damage between your characters wisely, and this card does that extremely well in many circumstances. I think the meta this card would encourage, were it prevalent, would be interesting, but not necessarily my favorite.

    Photoshopping is fun, though!

    If there are 2 characters with "Share the Pain" AND "Vulnerable", and either one is hit with 1 or more damage, they both immediately die.

    1 -> 3 (from vulnerable) -> 1, 1, 1 (shared). The ally takes 1 damage -> 3 (from vulnerable) -> 1, 1, 1 (shared). Repeat.

    Good point - I agree, it was overly complicated! :D

    Yes, I was thinking Share the Pain would trigger after blocks and before armour, so each allied character could reduce a portion of the damage with their own armour cards.

    Perhaps the description could be changed to only trigger on damage from an enemy controlled card, instead of damage caused by cards like Share the Pain or Vulnerable?
    Alternatively, maybe the card could only be attached to one ally at a time. The following would have to be added to the description: 'If a copy of Share the Pain is already attached to another ally, discard it immediately.'

    Use the 'unpreventable' keyword to avoid recursion. and a lot of other weird stuff.

    At the very least, the shared damage to other targets should be unpreventable.
    Because having those damage gets prevented by armor seem quite too strong.

    I thought about this but didn't say it before because I thought this thread was just for funny ideas only.

    In that case we are lacking 2 more monkeys! get to work, guys.

    BTW, ... your card is more like 'do no evil'.
    I would have made it the following instead:

    See no evil
    boost/handicap
    Trait. Attaches to yourself. You and characters in your sight may not play attack cards. Duration 1.

    Speak no evil
    boost/handicap
    Trait. Attaches to yourself. You and characters within 3 may not play sonic cards. Duration 2.

    Hear no evil
    block
    2+ Block any. If this card blocks a sonic card, draw a card.

    Subject to change. I haven't given these much thought. I think it could be designed better.
