    Some Observations:
    1. In Diamonds of the Kolbolds there are to many kolbolds, I understand you were going for the horde aspect and a desperate fight using the terrain to block or slow down the enemy but I simply can not kill them fast enough.
    2. In Diamonds, the amount of parry skill cards is to high. Without these the enemy would be using numbers to slowly grind you into oblivion. With them, they become Kolbold ninja/miners blocking the very best my heros can throw at them.
    3. The kolbold avengers could probably get by with the parry card that would help set them apart.
    Alternated observations:
    1. The dogs kick ass. I like the way you did them. Though sneak attack maybe a bit over powered. Ive played plenty of boards with the dogs and I've yet to decide if sneak attack is to over powered, or my fighter is just weak.
    2. My favorite adventures by far have been Defense of Woodholme and the prison break. For what ever reason the elements of those "stories" worked well.
    3. I am unsure of what mechanic you use to determine what hands you get dealt but it would seem my Elf Wizard generally ends up having a high amount of movement cards in relation to its spells.
My fighter seems to lag behind the other two in loot. Is this done on purpose? Or its probably my perception. Also at times times he is virtually useless. My armor is not enough to allow him to become a meat shield. He is more of a orange traffic cone. Though his hitpoints are ok, if i get unlucky and don't draw a few heal cards he dies pretty quickly.

Speaking of the kobolds, I found it a little odd that what stood out in my mind about the avengers over the regular kobolds was that they didn't have perry. (At least I think that's true. I guess it's possible they just never drew it.)

    @Kobold Avenger Training Camp...

Officer: Line up you maggots - it's time for combat tactics 101.

**The officer draws his spear and eyes the kobold at the head of the line. The spear lunges forwards but is swiftly deflected by the humble mining pick which has found its way into the young kobolds hand.**

Officer: GET OUT!!! **he screams as he points angrily to the cave's exit**

**The young kobold scampers off, tears welling in his eyes, as his childhood dream of being an avenger is crushed.**
**The officer composes himself and again readies his spear with his eyes on the next trainee. The spear darts forth a second time and manages to find fleshy kobold thigh.**

**This second trainee rolls around on the ground, clutching his new wound and howling in pain.**

Officer: Ahhh, well done lad! You are now an honorary avenger!

    ...

Or you know, something like that.

The overall hp is a tiny bit on the high side on Diamonds of the kobolds first map in my opinion and the avengers hit like trucks so i feel something could be done there but in the end if it stayed the same i would just stay away as long as possible and not care much.

That's certainly not intentional. You might have just got unlucky with your loot drops. Also, we probably need to create more low level armor items.

I admit the hordes of kobolds made the level pretty tough. But like many levels, there are appropriate counters to help get you through them.
I think what I used to get past it was lots of Fire Sprays from my mage (they can't block 'em all), and a Chop build for my fighter. Also some blue-red cards to step your way behind some of the kobolds -- remember, blocks won't trigger if you attack from behind.

**This second trainee stares at the officer for a moment with wild eyes and slams the officer against the wall with a Shambling Bash.**
Officer: Ahhh, well done lad! You are now an honorary avenger!

    Yup, something like that.

In other words the avengers are already set apart by the fact that they don't defend but hit hard. The other kobolds are good at defending but need numbers to be dangerous attackers.

Ah, gotcha. I guess I've never really felt the full brunt of their wrath since I'd focus fire them pretty much at every opportunity (and only because I knew they couldn't perry.)
