You may return to your quarters." Notes Rubble is difficult terrain, and lava streams are impassable terrain. No victory points are awarded for minion kills. For the player to win, the Goblin King must be killed - the AI wins if one of the player-controlled characters is killed OR one of the AI controlled characters reaches the forge. Yeah, I agree - it's definitely a lot easier than some of my other maps. Makes a change, I guess. Any particular ideas for improvements?
If you were looking to up the ante you could always make the minions respawn, and add more difficult terrain at the start to impede their progress. If you do that, you might want to consider adding a Flame Sprite/Fire Imp or two on the player's side, though. I had fun with it! The dancing around to keep everyone alive was entertaining - I ended the match with 2 hp left on 3/4 of my guys. Concept, flavor, and execution are all solid!
OK, I will probably create a harder version of the scenario based on @Inkfingers' suggestions, and then submit both to Mauve Manticore. Thanks to all for the feedback!
