Questions about the Halloween Update

I hear the halloween shop will be opening in a couple days... (is this true?) Will Randimars be resetting with the new build as well?

Info is there along with upcoming Cavenrs of Chaos content, or CoC for short.

 

No but if you don't look at randimars til then you will be able to get those randomly in stock.
